How Our Return Process Works

Step 3: Ship It Back
We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. You have two convenient options:

Free Pickup – Schedule a pickup and the carrier will collect the item directly from your door

Drop-Off – Take the package to your nearest shipping location at your convenience
Step 4: Inspection & Refund
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it (typically within 2-3 business days). If everything checks out, we'll issue your full refund to your original payment method.

Installation Voids Returns – Once an engine or transmission has been installed or modified, it cannot be returned under this 30-day policy. However, installed engines are fully protected under our 6-month warranty for any manufacturing defects or performance issues
6-Month Engine Warranty Coverage
All engines purchased from KDM Motors Import include a comprehensive 6-month warranty that covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Internal component failures
- Performance issues not caused by improper installation or maintenance

When Returns May Not Apply
Our satisfaction guarantee covers most situations, but please understand we cannot accept returns if:
- The item shows signs of installation, use, or modification
- Parts are missing or damaged due to improper handling
- The return request is made after 30 days from delivery
- The item was damaged during customer's possession (not shipping-related)
Note: Shipping damage claims are handled separately – please inspect your delivery immediately and report any damage to the carrier and our team within 24 hours.
